By using our site, www.nft-s.io (“our site”), you indicate that you accept these terms of use and agree to abide by them.

nft-s.io is a site operated by a trading division of Petton Holdings, Church Farm, Burlton, Shrewsbury, SY4 5TG (“we”).  If you have any concerns about material which appears on our site, please email us at admin@nft-s.io
 
3. Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, by all residents of the world.  We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable.  From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site to users who have registered with us (“members”).  If you choose, or are provided with a user identification code, password or other security information, you must treat such information as confidential and may not disclose it to any third party.  We have the right to disable any user identification code or membership access, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of these terms of use.
 
4. Links from our site
Where our site links to other sites, resources, adverts or services provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.  You agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to those sites, resources, adverts or services and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.  If you provide any personal data to sites, resources, adverts or services provided by third parties, you acknowledge that such third party will process and control such data.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  We are the data controller for our site for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.   The data we may collect and process about you includes information that you voluntarily provide to us by filling in forms on our site, making transactions through our site or correspondence you enter into with us (“your data”).  Your data also includes statistical information about your computer submitted to us by your internet browser, including by means of a ‘cookie’ stored in your browser.  Your data may be transferred to, processed and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area.  We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.  We will use your data to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented for such purposes.  We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by electronic means, or by telephone or post.  If you do not want us to use your data in this way, you may be selective in the data you provide to us.  Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material, including images to our site, or to make contact with other users of the site (“profile information”), you warrant that such information is your own, not subject to any third party rights and that it complies with acceptable content standards and applicable law.  We have the right to remove or modify any material or posting you make on our site, if in our opinion and judgment such material does not comply with your obligations.  You acknowledge that by supplying profile information, that this will be shared with other users of the site.  By selecting the option “you may list me in Featured Members using my username”, you permit us to display profile information prominently on our site in a way that will be accessible by the general public.
 
6. Transactions concluded through our site
Contracts for the supply of goods and services or information formed through our site or as a result of a visit to our site are governed by these or separate terms and conditions of supply that will be notified to you if and when required.  You warrant that the payments made by you are with a credit or debit card that you are authorised to use, and you shall indemnify us for any fraudulent or erroneous transactions that you make.  Customers do not have the right to cancel orders since these are bespoke and 'in work' once ordered, Delivery is done by sending the purchased items to the customer to the address provided. If the customer is not encountered at home upon the delivery of the package, and the packet is not picked up from the post office or other depot within 7 days by the customer or the customer refuses the acceptance of the package, there will be no refund of monies paid, and the contract will be regarded as  terminated even though the customer has not recieved the goods ordered. No refund will be made. The defect liability terms shall be in accordance with English laws. The customer is not entitled to transfer a claim. If there are no other results, further titles of the customer - for whatever reasons - are excluded. Apparent faults have to be reported in writing immediately and will be considered on the basis of technicality and remedied at the sole discretion of foto-creatif and its contractors. All copyrights remain the sole property of foto-creatif, nft-s.io, Roger Davies, and /or the artist concerned except where a sale of Non Fungible Token has taken place.
 
7. Transactions via third parties
Where a transaction is concluded via Rarible.com or OpenSae.io or other third parties - it will be subject to their terms and conditions, and any dispute will need to be resolved by interaction with these parties directly.
 
8. Social Network Sharing
Our members and site visitors have the option to share a profile they like with their friends on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. We will never disclose any personal details supplied by members that are not publicly displayed on the member's profile.
 
9. Changes to our Terms and Conditions / General
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.  English law applies to and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from a visit to our site.
